Outlaw Apps is operated by Johnny Outlaw, LLC, a company based in Rockwall, TX. Our products include Outlaw Analytics, SixGuess, ShutterField, What a Great Day, Acey Deucy, and other apps listed at outlawapps.online.

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from our apps without permission
• Impersonate another user or entity

Some of our services (including Outlaw Analytics) allow you to connect third-party accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access the data you grant permission to retrieve through those platforms' official APIs.

We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the service. You can revoke access at any time through each platform's settings.

Your use of connected third-party platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms of service.

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Platform data obtained through third-party APIs (such as TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram) is used solely to provide the analytics service to you and is never shared with outside parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at johnnyoutlawllc@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content, design, and code created by Johnny Outlaw, LLC is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. User-generated content remains yours — we don't claim ownership of data you bring in from connected platforms.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be perfectly accurate. Social media platform APIs can change and data availability is subject to each platform's policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Johnny Outlaw, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
