Johnny Outlaw, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates a suite of apps and tools under the Outlaw Apps brand, including Outlaw Analytics, SixGuess, ShutterField, What a Great Day, and Acey Deucy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using any of our apps or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following types of information depending on which services you use:

• Account information — email address and basic profile info when you create an account or sign in via Google OAuth.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session information to help us improve our products.
• Social media analytics data — when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account to Outlaw Analytics, we access data authorized through those platforms' official APIs, including follower counts, post reach, impressions, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
• Game data — gameplay activity, scores, and preferences for apps like SixGuess and Acey Deucy.

Outlaw Analytics connects to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through their official developer APIs. When you authorize these connections, we access only the data you explicitly grant permission for — such as page insights, follower metrics, post performance, and engagement data.

How we use this data: Platform data is used solely to display analytics within your Outlaw Analytics dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties.

Data retention: Analytics data is stored to power your dashboard and historical reporting. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Revoking access: You can disconnect your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account at any time through each platform's app settings or within Outlaw Analytics. Revoking access stops any further data collection from that platform.

Use of Facebook and Instagram data is also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. Use of TikTok data is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.

We use Google OAuth and Supabase Auth for secure sign-in. When you authenticate, we receive your email address and basic profile information to verify your identity. We do not store your password. Authentication tokens expire automatically and are managed securely.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the apps to function and are cleared when you sign out. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encryption at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security and Vercel for hosting — both maintain industry-standard security practices. Access to your data is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Revoke access to any connected social media account at any time
• Opt out of non-essential data collection
